The Council confirmed Mr. Greenwell <br /> in June of 2022. Because he filled a resignation seat, he is now eligible to serve a new term. <br /> As noted previously, Mr. Greenwell has been a Hawaii resident for 24 years. He is the President <br /> of Foresight Engineering & Design, LLC, which provides civil engineering design and <br /> consulting services to Hawaii Island residents. <br /> If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2025. <br /> Your favorable confirmation is requested.
