REQUEST: <br /> The Department of Public Works Engineering Division is requesting an ordinance amending <br /> Ordinance 22-64, as amended, by adding appropriation to the Capital Budget for the following project: <br /> Pavement Preservation $11,000,000 <br /> To expedite the release of Federal funding to the County, we are requesting to waive the Finance Committee <br /> meeting and be placed on the April 5, 2023 Council meeting agenda. <br /> B.
