On March 21 and March 22, 2023, in compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-2.5 <br /> and Hawaii County Code, Chapter 2-25, the ad hoc committee met to review scored applications <br /> and make final award recommendations. <br /> Attached hereto as Exhibit"A" is the Ad Hoc Committee's recommendations for fiscal year <br /> 2023-2024. <br /> I would like to thank our Council Members for their service, as well as our staff and Council <br /> Services for helping us make this Ad Hoc Committee process an efficient undertaking. I also <br /> extend my gratitude to Finance Director Deanna Sako, Lisa Tada and Finance Department staff <br /> for their assistance in processing the applications. <br /> It has been an honor and privilege to serve as Chair of this Ad Hoc Committee.
