The issuance of$13,055,000 Special Tax Revenue Bonds for Community Facilities District No. 1- 2021 (Kaloko Heights Project) on March 2, 2023 requires j preparation of this report. The attached tabular summary requires concurrence from both the Chairperson of the Finance Committee and the Corporation Counsel.
