?•.:; <br /> : \\de, <br /> . <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII - .• .'z-• i• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 106 23 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS AT <br /> VOLCANO SKATE PARK AND OTHER PARK FACILITIES IN COUNCIL <br /> DISTRICT 6. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Volcano Skate Park and other park facilities in Council District 6 require a <br /> variety of repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,these repairs and improvements include, but are not limited to, facility <br /> renovations, fencing, and landscaping; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park repairs and improvements at Volcano Skate Park and other park <br /> facilities in Council District 6. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $7,300 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $7,300 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $7,300 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
