Clarifies that each county may, by <br /> 'i <br /> ordinance, designate certain sections of county highways as areas in <br /> which stopping, standing, or parking vehicles is prohibited or restricted. <br /> CM Kimball: Reminder about the sunshine law amendment: "(h) Where notice <br /> of the deadline to submit testimony to the legislature is less than the notice <br /> requirements in this section, a board may circulate for approval a statement <br /> regarding a position previously adopted by the board; provided that the <br /> position previously adopted by the board, the statement to be submitted as <br /> testimony, and communications among board members about the statement, <br /> including drafts, shall be in writing and accessible to the public, within <br /> forty-eight hours of the statement's 'circulation to the board, on the boards <br /> website, or, if the board does not have a website, on an appropriate state or <br /> county website.,' <br /> 201II falls under home rule, something we could add to the HSACpriorities to <br /> follow. <br /> Motion to receive reports. Reports received. Motion passes. <br /> Motion to accept 5 proposed testimonies. Motion passes. <br /> CM Carvalho and ED Parsons: Requesting additional information on the audit <br /> disengage letter. This letter was received from the accountant confirming that HSAC <br /> has disengaged from the audit. <br /> Chair Rapozo: Inquiry as to why we do not have the documentation needed to <br /> continue with the audit. <br /> ED Parsons: The change over amongst staff and roles within HSAC has meant that <br /> records are no longer obtainable going back to those years prior to anyone currently <br /> on the EC. This is the first record of an audit being requested. <br /> Chair Rapozo: Encourage that audits need to be done in the years we are able to do <br /> SO. <br />
