REQUEST: <br /> 4 <br /> The Hawaii Police Department is requesting to enter a multi-year contract with Pictometry International Corp. <br /> dba EagleView in the amount of$516,735.78 per year for 4 years, to provide high resolution imagery of <br /> various locations around Hawaii Island. The total cost of this 4 year project will be $2,066,943.12. <br /> B.
