4dJ�tYf®s h,�® <br /> qrE aF•H'�' I <br /> 3 <br /> C'"UNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 3 <br /> RESOLUTION N . 154 23 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING THE SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE CONCRETE TO CONSTRUCT THE <br /> THIRD PHASE OF ROOTS SKATE PARK IN NORTH KOHALA. <br /> WHEREAS, Roots Skate Park provides the North Kohala community with a safe <br /> recreational environment for skateboarding; and <br /> WHEREAS, much of the funding, materials, and labor for the construction of Roots <br /> Skate Park has been donated by local community members, though additional funds are needed; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has previously committed to <br /> provide funding assistance for necessary construction expenses; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase concrete to construct the third phase of Roots Skate Park in <br /> North Kohala. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Ilawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $8,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $8,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $8,000 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
