Roth, dated March 30, 2023, <br /> requests the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of Eric P. Gee to the Youth <br /> Commission. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome was present in the Kona Chambers to <br /> introduce Mr. Gee, who was present via videoconference. <br /> Pursuant to Article 5, Chapter 3, Section 5-3.4(a) of the Hawai`i County Charter, the Mayor may <br /> appoint up to six members who are residents of the County. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 185, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> Eric P.
