oJMtvo .. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII +' • STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . 7rE GF•HI.�-. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 167 23 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN <br /> WEST HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division,provides or <br /> assists in the facilitation of organized athletics, aquatics, and arts-and-crafts activities for all age <br /> groups at recreation facilities across the island; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> supplies for recreational activities that include,but are not limited to,pickle ball, tennis, and its <br /> summer fun program in West Hawai`i; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase supplies for recreational activities in West Hawai`i. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $9,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $9,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $9,500 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 225 Educ-Recr-Scientific Supplies <br /> (Recreational Activities—West Hawai`i) <br />
