REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: May 2, 2023 Re: Comm.No. 263/Bill No. 45 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 2:40 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 45,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 45,transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako,via Communication No. 263 dated <br /> April 14, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30,2023. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—QUEST(Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and <br /> Training) Disaster Recovery account($965,000); and appropriates the same to the QUEST Disaster <br /> Recovery account.
