After graduating from Hawaii Preparatory Academy in 1975,he went on to <br /> join the esteemed U.S. Naval Academy from 1976-1978. <br /> Keith's academic pursuits culminated in his graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree in <br /> Geology and Geophysics. As a former dedicated Commissioner of the Leeward Planning <br /> Commission and his extensive involvement in various volunteer organizations, I have no doubt <br /> that Keith would excel in this capacity and be an asset to the Water Board.
