r os key <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAIII STATE OF HAWAIII <br /> ,rf•oF•w•'0+ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 193 23 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARD MAINTENANCE AND/OR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AT BUDDY PERRY SOCCER FIELD LOCATED AT <br /> THE HERBERT C. SHIPAN PARK IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 5. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Buddy Perry Soccer Field located in Kea`au at the Herbert C. Shipment <br /> Park require maintenance and various improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br /> fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and/or improvement projects at Buddy Perry Soccer <br /> Field in Council District 5. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $34,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $34,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $34,500 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
