She served as a member of the Hawaii <br /> County Council from 1998-2002. She also worked with the County of Hawai`i`s Department of <br /> Research and Development and the Department of Planning. In addition, Nancy served as the <br /> Executive Assistant to Mayor Harry Kim from 2016-2020. <br /> One of Nancy's significant achievements was the operation of her 11-acre farm in Keauhou from <br /> 1992-2016. Nancy is currently retired, however, she is enrolled online with the University of <br /> Hawaii, Manoa seeking to expand her knowledge and expand her understanding of various <br /> subjects, including community planning and land use issues. If confinned, she will fill Shirley <br /> David's holdover seat with a tern ending May 31, 2024. <br /> Your favorable confirmation is requested.
