Entities responsible for implementing these actions are mostly County departments <br /> but also include the private sector and individuals. Lead County departments for this cascade are as <br /> follows: <br /> • Research and Development Department (R&D) <br /> • Planning Department (DP) <br /> • Department of Human Resources (HR) <br /> • Department of Public Works (DPW) <br /> • Department of Finance (DF) <br /> • Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) <br /> • Mass Transit Agency (MTA) <br /> • Department of Environmental Management (DEM) <br /> 1A.
