WIR Board of Directors <br /> a) Shane Sinenci, Maui County Council <br /> b) Sue Lee Loy,Hawaii County Council <br /> Please note that pursuant to Section SA and SC of the HSAC Bylaws, the HSAC <br /> Executive Committee shall nominate individuals who are elected officials to serve in.the <br /> positions provided. Each council shall pass a resolution nominating the NACo and WIRBoardof <br /> Directors.
