Roth, dated June 29, 2023,requests <br /> the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of Kurt E. Sullivan to the Tax Board of <br /> Review. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome was present in the Hilo Chambers to <br /> introduce Mr. Sullivan, who was present in the Kona Chambers. <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 19, Article 12, Section 19-96 of the Hawai`i County Code,members of the <br /> Tax Board of Review shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 354, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> Kurt E.
