District 8 <br />Report of Ad Hoc Committee created on June 6, 2023 via Communication No. 303 <br />regarding the Formation of Permitted Interaction Group for County Waiwai Grants <br />I am requesting approximately 45 minutes on the Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions <br />Committee to report back to this committee regarding matters presented and discussed by the <br />permitted interaction group (ad hoc committee) created on June 6, 2023 via Communication No. <br />303 regarding the County Waiwai Grants, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 92-2.5. <br />The information to be presented by the ad hoc committee is within the scope of this permitted <br />interaction group as was created, as follows: <br />1. To evaluate and review the 2023-2024 application process; and <br />2. To discuss and provide recommendations for improvements to the 2024-2025 <br />application process; and <br />3.
