Mr. Garcia earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and offers a <br /> background in non-profit benefiting youth, risk management, and as an environmental <br /> management specialist. <br /> Mr. Garcia is committed to promoting energy, food, and economic sustainability for Hawai`i.
