DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE <br />DEPARTMENT: Planning Department -,-- DATE: _.6/15/2021 <br />IIHONE� 808-961-8174 <br />Two year ;or <br />To enter into a fwd44-yeaf- lease agreement for for one multi function device (copy/scan/fax) for the Planning <br />Department's Disaster Recovery Division's Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery team. <br />The machine will be located in the Hilo CDBG-DR office located at 100 Pauahi St., Suite 200, Hilo, HI 96720. <br />The Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery team, consisting of fifteen staff positions, <br />launched the Voluntary Housing Buyout Program and the Housing Relocation Services in April 2021. A <br />multi -function device (copy/print/fax) is needed to support operations.
