BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The DEK8Wastewater Division isrequesting tolease �AK8Fpstoprov�'�foroV|0r inUng`scanning. <br />� and copying for the Hilo wastewater treatment plant and Railroad � �d office. These offices support Wastewater <br />operations on the east and west side of the island and its current MFP lease has expired. <br />These offices routinely prints up to tabloid sized documents in color, The MFPs will provide afast and effective <br />way to print all required documents color or black and white on site. This reduces the effort toproduce <br />professional documents for our business oroperations purposes, |naddition boprinting, vxecurrently need io <br />digitize existing large (in excess of 150 pages) hard copy documents to share information with consultants, other <br />DEM WWD offices, and support data entry operations into our new asset management system, <br />The MFPs will be leased for a period of (5) years.
