Sako <br />Director <br />Diane Nakagawa <br />Deputy Director <br />In the current Budget Ordinance 23-50, $451,928 is appropriated in the Career Criminal <br />Prosecution Program account. Additional funds in the amount of $94,240 are being <br />provided by the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General to be used by the <br />Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to pursue prosecution of career criminals. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br />additional funds into the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Career Criminal <br />Prosecution Program account, bringing the total appropriation to $546,168. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Grant Nagata, of the Office of the <br />Prosecuting Attorney at 934-3310. <br />1nna S.
