COUNTY OF HAWAII l • STATE OF HAWAII <br />gra oc H� <br />BILL NO. 87 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO DISTRICT ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 <br />EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />RESORT HOTEL — 750 SQUARE FEET (V-.75) TO LIMITED INDUSTRIAL — 20,000 <br />SQUARE FEET (ML -20) AT HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-1-006:002. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br />property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Hilo, Hawaii, shall be <br />Limited Industrial — 20,000 square feet (ML -20): <br />Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land and on the south side of <br />Kalaniana`ole Street, 70 feet,wide, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 2,417.25 feet north and <br />11,808.10 feet east as shown on Government Survey Registered Map 2537, and running <br />by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />1. 2360 02' 48" 153.38 feet along the south side of <br />Kalaniana`ole St.; <br />2. 3440 30' 00" 5.82 feet along Grant 5512 to John T. <br />Brown; <br />3. 480 09' 00" 120.00 feet along same; <br />4. 900 00' 00" 39.40 feet along same to the point of <br />beginning and containing an area of <br />2,001 square feet, more or less. <br />-I- <br />
