No. 482/Bill No. 73 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 73, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 73, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako via Communication No. 482 dated <br />September 15, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 23-50, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br />of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. <br />This bill appropriates revenues in the 2023 Emergency Proclamation Homeless Programs — Federal <br />account ($2,000,000); and appropriates the same to the 2023 Emergency Proclamation Homeless <br />Programs account ($1,900,000); and the 2023 Emergency Proclamation Homeless Programs — <br />Administration account ($100,000).
