Communication (09/08/2023) from Council Chair Heather L.Kimball, requesting <br /> approval of an amendment to the 2023-2024 HSAC budget. This amendment will <br /> specifically decrease the "Promotion, Events, and Outreach" budget line item to <br /> create a new line item 34, "D&O and General Liability Insurance"to account for <br /> the anticipated expenses resulting from Directors & Officer and General Liability <br /> insurance coverage for a term of September 1, 2023,through September 1, 2024. <br /> Approved. <br /> VII.
