Section 10-13 of the County Charter <br /> requires the County Council to provide for an annual independent audit of the accounts <br /> and other evidences of financial transaction of the County and of every county agency <br /> and executive agency. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year, <br /> for an independent auditor, to be determined by the County's RFP process, to perform <br /> services as indicated above for the County Auditor. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call Tyler Benner of the County <br /> Auditor's office at 961-8490. <br /> Deanna S.
