SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29, entitled <br /> "Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone," subsection"(f) <br /> Kona," of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 edition), is amended by adding new listings to <br /> be appropriately inserted and to read as follows: <br /> • Ali`i Drive, east (mauka) side, from a point sixty-eight feet north of Makole`a Street and <br /> extending two hundred forty-one feet in a northerly direction from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> • Ali`i Drive, west (makai) side, from a point eight hundred fifty-four feet north of <br /> Makole`a Street and extending eighty-two feet in a northerly direction from 8:00 p.m. to <br /> 5:00 a.m. <br /> • Ali`i Drive,west(makai) side, from a point five hundred twenty-two feet north of <br /> Makole`a Street and extending two hundred fifty-nine feet in a northerly direction from <br /> 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> • Ali`i Drive, west (makai) side, from a point nine hundred sixty-nine feet north of <br /> Makole`a Street and extending one hundred forty-four feet in a northerly direction from <br /> 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance,the brackets,bracketed and stricken material, and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 6. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 7.
