The proposed amendments are shown in <br /> Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 383-23, where the <br /> material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is bolded <br /> and underscored. <br /> 1. The first WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "WHEREAS,the agreement is to be for five (5) years, commencing with the <br /> audit year ending June 30, [2023] 2024; now therefore," <br /> 2. The first RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br /> that it authorizes the Chair of the Council as its Chief Procurement Officer and through <br /> its County Auditor,to proceed with the award of a multi-year contract for an independent <br /> auditor to perform the required annual audit services covering the fiscal years ending <br /> June 30, [2023] 2024 through June 30, [2027] 2028." <br /> A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 383-23, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted <br /> due to the limited scope of this amendment.
