His extensive educational background <br /> and employment led to a career in retail bank management, which culminated in his retirement as <br /> the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at the Bank of Hawaii in 2018. <br /> Arthur has dedicated numerous years to volunteer work and has held key leadership positions in <br /> various oganizations.
