The BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows: <br />"BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of <br />NawaR Hawaii shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Department of Finance, <br />Office of Management and the Office of Housing and Community Development." <br />A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 384-23, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted <br />due to the limited scope of this amendment.
