41. On November 24, 1995, Petitioner filed its Motion <br />to File Additional Information to Cure the Defects Presented in <br />State Land Use Commission's Order Granting Motion to Declare <br />Amended Petition Defective. In addition to filing additional <br />information, Petitioner requested a further reduction of the <br />Petition Area acreage from approximately 970.80 acres to <br />approximately 955.78 acres by the deletion of parcel identified <br />as TMK: 7-5-10: 1. <br />42. On December 14, 1995, the Commission conducted an <br />action meeting on Petitioner's Motion to File Additional <br />Information to Cure the Defects Presented in State Land Use <br />Commission's Order Granting Motion to Declare Amended Petition <br />Defective. Upon review of written and oral arguments presented <br />by the parties, the Commission granted said motion, and also <br />granted Petitioner's request to further reduce the total acreage <br />of the Petition Area to approximately 955.78 acres. <br />43. On January 5, 1996, the Commission issued its <br />Order Granting Motion to File Additional Information to Cure the <br />Defects Presented in State Land Use Commission's Order Granting <br />Motion to Declare Amended Petition Defective. <br />44. On February 2, 1996, Amelia Kuulei Gora filed a <br />Petition for Intervention. <br />45. On February 15, 1996, the Commission conducted an <br />action meeting on the petitions and requests for intervention. <br />Upon review of both written and oral arguments presented by <br />Petitioner and OP, the Commission granted intervention status to <br />Lunakanawai Hauanio ("Intervenor Hauanio"), E Mau Na Ala Hele <br />
