How will these features address the health and safety concerns of the <br />owners/tenants? How will these features enhance the project's ability to meet the target <br />population's needs? Laundry facilities will be included in each residential building, thereby <br />eliminating the need of residents to carry their laundry to a central facility. Washers and <br />dryers will be included in all 3 -bedroom units as well. Parking will be distributed throughout <br />the proproperty to allow residents to park near their unit. <br />2. Describe any associated community facilities or social or special services that will be <br />provided, if applicable. A community lanai with a kitchen will be provided for resident use. <br />The lanai may be used as a venue for social events. private aatherinas hosted by residents. <br />and social services to be provided to project residents.
