BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Pursuant to HCC Chapter 2, Article 47, Section 2-246 for the appropriation of disaster relief funds that the <br /> County received, or may receive, for the purpose of providing relief, recovery, mitigation, and long-term <br /> resilience for disaster damages, losses, and suffering caused by the 2018 Kilauea eruption.
