the Hilo, Papa'ikou, and Kula'imano WWTPs, and prohibit the discharge of pollutants <br /> in locations that were not authorized in the NPDES Permits. <br /> d. Part A.1 of the NPDES Permits, "Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements," <br /> provides that the Permittee's authorizations to discharge treated wastewater is <br /> subject to a monthly average effluent limitation and a maximum daily effluent limit for <br /> enterococci that is specific to each permit for the Hilo WWTP, Kula'imano WWTP and <br /> Papa'ikou WWTP. <br /> e. Part A.1 of the Kula'imano Permit, "Effluent Limitations and Monitoring <br /> Requirements," provides that the Permittee's authorization to discharge treated <br /> wastewater is subject to a monthly average effluent limitation and a maximum daily <br /> effluent limit for Total Ammonia (as Nitrogen). <br /> 20. Representatives of the EPA and/or the DOH conducted a number of compliance <br /> inspections of Respondent's facilities, including the following: <br /> a. March 7, 2022 inspection: Papa'ikou WWTP, report transmitted to Respondent on <br /> April 14, 2022. <br /> b. March 7, 2022 inspection: Kula'imano WWTP, report transmitted to Respondent on <br /> April 14, 2022. <br /> c. October 7, 2021 inspection: Kealakehe WWTP (no NPDES permit) and collection <br /> system, report transmitted to Respondent on December 21, 2022. <br /> d. October 6, 2021 inspection: Hilo WWTP and collection system, report transmitted to <br /> Respondent on December 21, 2022. <br /> e. October 6, 2021 inspection: Papa'ikou WWTP and collection system, report <br /> transmitted to Respondent on December 21, 2022. <br /> f. October 6, 2021 inspection: Kula'imano WWTP and collection system, report <br /> transmitted to Respondent on December 21, 2022. <br /> g.
