Part A.1 of the NPDES Permits, "Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements," <br /> provides that the Permittee's authorizations to discharge treated wastewater is <br /> subject to a monthly average effluent limitation and a maximum daily effluent limit for <br /> enterococci that is specific to each permit for the Hilo WWTP, Kula'imano WWTP and <br /> Papa'ikou WWTP. <br /> e.
