She <br /> graduated from St. Joseph's High School and later earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and <br /> political science from the University of Hawai`i at Hilo. After that, she pursued a Master of <br /> Science degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawai`i at <br /> Manoa. <br /> Lisa has been a counselor, mentor, and advisor for the Upward Bound program at the University <br /> of Hawai`i at Hilo. She has made a significant impact on the lives of countless students. Her <br /> academic excellence, leadership skills, and genuine compassion make her an invaluable asset to <br /> our Board of Ethics.
