COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 493 24 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR MAINTENANCE AND/OR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS AT VARIOUS PARK FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br />diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br />interests of the community in a safe and well -maintained environment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has various park facilities in <br />Council District 2 that are in need of maintenance and/or improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements include facility renovations, fencing, landscaping, and <br />other necessary and appropriate improvements; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief fiends from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for maintenance and/or improvement projects at various park facilities in <br />Council District 2. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $33,508 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br />341 Misc.
