Roth, via Communication No. 818, dated <br /> March 19, 2024, amends Ordinance Nos. 00-90 and 91-27, which reclassified lands from Open (0) <br /> to Village Commercial (CV-10) at Keahuolu,North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map <br /> Key: 7-4-015:015 (portion) (Applicant: Lili`uokalani Trust) (Area: 0.874 acre). <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for the applicant's <br /> request to delete Condition B (time to submit and secure Final Plan Approval), Condition C (time to <br /> commence construction), Condition D (Eho Street improvements), Condition F (Eho Street/Queen <br /> Ka`ahumanu Highway intersection improvements), and Condition K(Administrative Time <br /> Extension). The property is located along the makai side of Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway between <br /> Eho Street and the Kona Coast Shopping Center. <br /> Planning Director Zendo Kern and Land Planning Manager for Lili`uokalani Trust representative <br /> Bryan Esmeralda were in attendance.
