On April 1, 2024, eligible applications and the grading rubric were distributed to all Council <br />Members for scoring. <br />On April 23-25, 2024, in compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-2.5 and Hawaii <br />County Code, Chapter 2-25, the ad hoe committee met to review scored applications and make <br />final award recommendations. <br />Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is the Ad Hoc Committee's recommendations for fiscal year <br />2024-2025. <br />I would like to thank our Council Members for their service, as well as our staff and Council <br />Services for helping us make this Ad Hoc Committee process an efficient undertaking. I also <br />extend my gratitude to Finance Director Diane Nakagawa, Lisa Tada and Finance Department <br />staff for their assistance in processing the applications. <br />It has been an Donor and privilege to serve as Chair of this Ad Hoc Committee.
