Any <br /> abandoned property [may be removed and impounded] shall he subject to removal and <br /> impoundment by the director or the police, to be dealt with according to law. <br /> ~ (b) Leaving any vehicle or other personal property [unattended for longer than <br /> twenty four hours] after 11:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m., wiihout prior perzrrission of the <br /> director is prohibited and any property so left [may be impounded] shall be subject to <br /> imnoundment by the director or the police.
