Salary Ordinance of 2024 Page 7 <br /> rights and liability under said ordinance hereinabove repealed shall continue and may be enforced <br /> in the same manner and with the same force as if said repeal had not been made. <br /> SECTION 11. Severability. If any section or any part or clause of any section of this <br /> ordinance be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid,the same shall not affect the <br /> validity thereof which can be given effect without that so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> SECTION 12.
