Ahern to the <br /> Transportation Commission. <br /> Deputy Managing Director Robert Command was present in the Kona Chambers to introduce <br /> Ms. Ahern, who was present in the Hilo Chambers. <br /> Several members spoke in favor of the appointment. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 848, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> Chelsea L.
