Roth, dated April 24, 2024, requests <br /> the Council's review and confirmation of the nomination of Jasmine V. Crusat to the Liquor <br /> Commission. <br /> Deputy Managing Director Robert Command was present in the Kona Chambers to introduce <br /> Ms. Crusat, who was present via Zoom. <br /> Pursuant to Article VII, Chapter 3, Section 7-3.2 of the Hawai`i County Charter, members of the <br /> Liquor Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. <br /> Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication No. 851, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br /> Jasmine V.
