The Commission believes that with repeal <br /> of bed and breakfast as a permitted use with adoption of Bill 122, since they will be permitted as <br /> a hosted rental, should Bill 121 be adopted, it is important to retain the terminology of'bed and • <br /> breakfast' since they offer a different visitor experience than a vacation rental.
