ii. The delivery of the Manager's Report shall be deemed to have complied with such directions and fulfilled such requests. e. The Council hereby preliminarily approves the aforementioned documents, data, and detail plans and specifications. f. A public hearing on the proposed improvements shall be held not more than sixty (60) days after the adoption of this resolution and not less than fifteen(15) days after the first publication thereof in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the County of Hawai`i. Copies of the notice shall also be posted at a public place in the district in which the proposed Improvement District is located at least ten(10)days prior to the public hearing. The County Clerk shall assure that affidavits of publication and posting of the notice shall be filed with the Council on or before the date of the hearing.
