�NtYOF p ! <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> BILL NO. 175 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 15-72 OF THE <br /> HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION,AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE <br /> PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FARMERS MARKET FACILITY SCHEDULE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:. <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The Department of Parks and Recreation recognizes the need to <br /> periodically review the Hawaii County Code and implement a comprehensive update of the <br /> parks and recreational farmers market facility schedule. This ordinance adds certain parks to <br /> allow for the establishment of farmers markets in each district. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 15, article 9, section 15-72 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 15-72. Farmers market facility schedule. <br /> Farmers markets at County parks and facilities shall be designated by ordinance and <br /> included within the following schedule: <br /> FARMERS MARKETS <br /> Hilo/Hamakua <br /> Hakalau Veterans Park <br /> Honoka`a Sports Complex <br /> Ho`olulu Complex <br /> Mo`oheau Park <br /> Pepe`ekeo Community Center <br /> Ka`u <br /> Pahala Community Center <br /> Kohala <br />
