Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at North Kona, Hawai`i, <br /> shall be Family Agricultural—5 Acres (FA-5a): <br /> Beginning at the Easternmost corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northwesterly corner of Lot 8 and being a point on the Southerly side of Kaloko Drive, <br /> the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 13,675.05 feet South and 1,144.90 feet West and <br /> running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 45° 10' 1,399.98 feet along Lot 8, Lot 7 and Lot 6 of <br /> Block 3 of Kaloko Mauka <br /> Subdivision, Increment 1 and along <br /> the remainder of Royal Patent 8214, <br /> Land Commission Award 7715, <br /> Apana 11 to Lota Kamehameha to a <br /> point; <br /> 2. 135° 10' 472.87 feet along Lot 4-A of Block 3 of <br /> Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, <br /> Increment 1 and along the remainder <br /> -1- <br />
