Hueu: <br /> Thence, from a tangent azimuth of 143° 05' 49" following along Lot 3-B of Waikoloa <br /> Development on a curve to the left with a radius of 2,900.00 feet, the chord azimuth and <br /> distance being: <br /> 23. 130° 19' 05.5" 1,282.88 feet to a point; <br /> 24. 117° 32' 22" 952.00 feet to the point of beginning and <br /> containing an area of 26.052 acres, <br /> more or less. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2.
