Kimball, Chair <br />Dr. Holeka Goro Inaba, Council Member <br />Council District $ <br />Formation of Permitted Interaction Group for County Waiwai Grants <br />I am requesting approximately 15 minutes on the Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions <br />Committee to form an ad hoe committee, or "permitted interaction group," regarding the County <br />Waiwai Grants pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 92-2.5. <br />The scope of this permitted interaction group will be as follows: <br />1. To evaluate and review the 2024-2025 application process; and <br />2. To discuss and provide recommendations for improvements to the 2025-2026 application <br />process; and <br />3. To develop a scoring rubric for the 2025-2026 application process; and <br />4.
