I V O . <br /> NINETEENTH LEGISLATURE, 1997 <br /> STATE OF HAWAII <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> RELATING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES. <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br /> 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 514A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br /> Z amended by adding a new section to be appropriately designated <br /> 3 and to read as follows: <br /> 4 "f514A- Coadomiaium DroDertY regime vrohibited is state <br /> 5 agricultural district. Anv provision to the contrary <br /> 6 notwithstanding, condominium property regimes shall be prohibited <br /> 7for any land designated as an agricultural district under the <br /> 8 state land use district law (chapter 205, Hawaii Revised <br /> 9 Statutes).° <br /> <br /> IU SECTION 2. This Act does not affect rights and duties that <br /> <br /> llmatured, penalties that were incurred, and proceedings that were <br /> 12 begun, before its effective date. <br /> 13 SECTION 3.
