Kimball, Council Chair; and <br />Members of the Hawaii Council <br />FROM: Rebecca Villegas ///,� lorl; <br />District 7 Council Member <br />SUBJECT: Request to Conduct a Limited Meeting; Bill No. 169, Draft 3; Extension of Time <br />to Complete Conditions; TMK 7-6-021:016 and 017 <br />This memorandum serves to notice that I intend to make a motion to authorize the Council to <br />conduct a Limited Meeting pursuant to Section 92-3. 1, Hawaii Revised Statues. <br />The Limited Meeting would allow the Council to conduct an area visit to locations within the <br />vicinity of TMK 7-6-021:16 and 17 as part of its deliberations on Bill No. 169, Draft 3. This area <br />tour will stop at six locations as outlined in the attached directions and map.
